Development privacy overview · 21 October 2026. This describes the current development app. The full privacy policy, including operator contact details and retention information, is being prepared before public release.
Your voice
Wake-phrase detection and trained voice templates stay on your phone. After activation, connected voice conversations send audio and instructions through Kibboo’s broker to OpenAI’s Realtime service. You can pause the microphone or choose local-only mode in Settings.
Your everyday information
Notes, tasks, lists, reminders, routines, preferences and action history are stored locally on your device. You can export or delete local assistant data. Wake templates are excluded from export and can be deleted separately. Automatic Android backup is disabled in the release candidate.
Connected features
Optional services such as Trello remain disconnected until you enable them. The broker stores the provider token associated with an app-install identifier to perform authorised requests. Disconnecting Trello from the app deletes that connection from the broker.
Web research sends your query to the broker and OpenAI. Image analysis also uses connected AI services. Calendar and contact features use Android permissions; current access is processed on the device. Message and email actions open reviewable drafts in installed apps.
Diagnostics
The app keeps a local capability-use ledger with tool name, time and success status, excluding transcript content. Diagnostic reports are generated locally, exclude user content by default and leave the device only when you choose to share one.
This website
This site uses Google Analytics (measurement ID G-DD50YJZRFK) only if you accept optional analytics. It helps us understand page visits and website use. When enabled, Google receives analytics event and device/browser information and may set analytics cookies. You can decline or change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. Declining keeps the Google tag from loading; withdrawing consent disables analytics storage and clears accessible Google Analytics cookies. Your preference is saved in this browser. The hosting service may process technical request information needed to deliver and secure the site.
Before public release
The complete policy will identify the operator, provide a contact route and explain retention, deletion, processor terms and other applicable privacy details. This overview is not the final policy for the Google Play listing.
